USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady on Select and sharply higher on Choice on moderate 
to good demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts 
steady to firm. Select chuck cut weak while Choice higher. Beef trimmings unevenly 
steady on moderate demand and offerings.
